Loyalty system

We have a loyalty program called "Favorite Client." A loyalty card is issued to the customer upon the purchase of their third item (these items can be purchased at different times in our showroom, on social media, or through our online store).

- Starting with your third item, you’ll receive a 5% discount. As you continue shopping, your discount can increase up to 20% based on the total number of items purchased.

For each item you buy, you receive a sticker on your loyalty card. The discount becomes active once the entire field is filled.

•  To reach a 10% discount, you need 5 stickers; the 10% discount will apply starting with your 6th item.
•  To reach a 15% discount, you need 10 stickers; the 15% discount will apply starting with your 11th item.
•  To reach a 20% discount, you need 16 stickers; the 20% discount will apply starting with your 17th item and for all future purchases.

- Please note that discounts cannot be combined.

- Another advantage of the loyalty program is receiving notifications about sales first. Plus, we offer birthday gift certificates to celebrate your special day with us!
